Executive Director

Sharon Lutz has a degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M and has an impressive background in both the business and education world. Her most recent positions were with the University of Houston and the University of Texas, both in their colleges of business, where her responsibilities ran a large gamut of collaborative and strategic duties involving administration, faculty, students, alumni and a variety of corporations. Sharon has a wealth of experience with finance, marketing, and systems planning.

She is filled with energy, innovation, warmth, laughter, and ideas for TODA and TCDA. Sharon has served on association boards for many years and understands our challenges for the future. Her wealth of experience in business, education and on voluntary boards will enable her to take our associations to a new level of professionalism and effectiveness while also reaching a broader audience.

Sharon has three accomplished children – Rachel, LCSW, Allyson, software professional, and Colter, small business fulfillment services and musician.

Member Services Coordinator

Tiffany Downey joined TCDA in February of 2018.  She is a graduate of the Texas Culinary Academy with an associate degree in Culinary Arts. In 2014 Tiffany received her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional).  Tiffany brings over eight years of experience in the association management field, including project management, meeting planning, graphic design, membership development, and customer service.  Tiffany is looking forward to meeting and working with as many Texas Choral Directors as possible.
